About MAPAPA
Established in 2001, MAPAPA is in existence to provide encouragement and support for representational outdoor artists. Now in our sixth year, we continue to expand our paint-out, educational and exhibit opportunities with the aim of helping our members to develop their artistic gifts and build their fine art careers. MAPAPA was established by-and is entirely run by-plein air painters.

About The Judges
Nationally acclaimed Virginia-based artist John Barber will be the slide juror. John is well known for his paintings of the Chesapeake Bay and the eastern seaboard. He paints "en plein air" on painting excursions in the U.S. and abroad. Visit his site at www.johnbarberart.com.

Eric Tobin, a highly regarded and heavily collected landscape painter from Jeffersonville, Vermont, will be the 2007 Paint Annapolis prize judge.
