Armand Cabrera will be giving outdoor and studio workshops and demonstrations in various locations in 2008 in Virginia. He is an award-winning fine artist represented by galleries across the United States. Armand moved last year from California to the east coast where he has taken top awards at many plein air competitions. Ross Merrill will take a group to Elbow Cay, a tiny island off Abaco, Bahamas, departing January 31, 2008. In June 2008, he'll return to Tilghman Island on the Eastern Shore. There are one/two and three day options for most. All classes start with a reception and lecture and dinner. Snow Hill, Annapolis, Cape May, NJ Bucks County PA, and others. Stan is known for very quick and colorful studies that are used in the studio for full versions. The classes mix painting, history and experimental techniques.
