Riley’s Lock & Seneca – C&O Canal Trust
Special instructions: Meet near the Lock House at 8 AM. There are picnic tables, porta potties, and parking on site. for parking: turn off River Rd onto Riley’s Lock road, park near Lock 24 and Seneca Aqueduct and Creek. Ruins of the Seneca Stone Cutting Mill are less than 1/4 mile away.
